66th ANNUAL ICE CREAM SOCIAL

More than 500 guests and volunteers attended the Fond du Lac County Historical Society’s 66th Annual Ice Cream Social on Sunday, August 14. Visitors enjoyed Kelley Country Creamery ice cream, hot-off-the-grill burgers and brats, A&W Root Beer floats, and other summertime treats. Entertainments included The Wisconsin Wheelmen, Fox Valley Spinning Guild, music by Page Four Band, petting zoo, balloon twisting, face painting, living history demonstrations, kids’ games and crafts — and more! Guests who participated in our Community Quilt Project came from Iowa and Missouri, as well as from several communities around Wisconsin. Thanks to all who came, and all who volunteered to make it such a great day!
