Discover unique photo opportunities among our historic buildings, such as by the grist mill waterwheel, Soo Line caboose, and rustic log cabin, or rent our elegant high-wheel carriage (see photo below). Have friends and family ring our 3000-pound bells to announce your commitment throughout the village. Whether you’re looking for an intimate ceremony or larger celebration, the Galloway House and Village is the perfect venue for the wedding of your dreams.
Your Ceremony
Both indoor and outdoor options are available for your picture perfect ceremony. Enjoy the scenic Galloway House Lawn, or the historic backdrop in the Village Courtyard; tent set up is welcome. Alternatively, our Eldorado Chapel, built in 1891, offers a historic interior setting. The chapel is available as a back up choice for outdoor ceremonies.
Your Reception
Celebrate your vows with a picturesque outdoor venue! Set up in the Village Courtyard, with use of the Exchange Club Pavilion. Our outdoor space has full electrical access. Dance the night away surrounded by friends, family, and history.
Inclusions
Our on-site wedding facilitator will work with you from beginning to end to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly. You and your wedding party have access to the grounds for stunning, unique wedding photos. In addition, your rental includes your rehearsal and wedding party dressing spaces.
