“Lincoln Among the Badgers” Book Signing & Presentation with Steven Rogstad

Why did Abraham and Mary Lincoln visit Wisconsin? Where did they travel to? What monuments dedicated to President Lincoln can be found in our state? Find out from author, nationally known scholar, and Wisconsin native Steven K. Rogstad when he visits the Fond du Lac County Historical Society on Saturday, June 26! Beginning at 1pm he will provide a 45 minute presentation about the Lincolns in Wisconsin, followed by a book signing of his book “Lincoln Among the Badgers: Rediscovering Sites Associated with Abraham and Mary Lincoln in Wisconsin.” The event will be held in our climate-controlled Blakely Museum and books will be available for purchase.

Admission is FREE for Fond du Lac County Historical Society members!

Tickets are available at the door and admission prices for non-members are as follows:

Our Saturday hours are 10am-5pm and admission covers this presentation and book signing as well as entry to the Galloway House and Village, with more than 30 historic structures and a guided tour of the mid-Victorian Galloway House.

Author Steven K. Rogstad is a Wisconsin native and nationally known for his studies of President Abraham Lincoln.
